This is an EXCELLENT company that knows the subtle difference in managing behavioral health practices. I previously had difficulty with claims being rejected and insurances companies delaying payment for months at a time; with ePsych Billing, I’ve not had any rejected claims and payment has been within 30 days. I strongly recommend this company for mental health clinicians as billing for mental health services is not the same as billing for medical services/codes.

ePsych Billing is phenomenal! Henry is their billing professional that directly handles my private practice. I have been in practice since 2003 and I have had several billing services, but ePsych billing leaves them all in the dust!
